Charles, the man who Nicki (played by Donna Mills) was to marry. He "kills"
himself the day before their wedding, then later turns up in Barcelona.
He is suspected of being in league with an Arab terrorist, Abu Neif. Appearance
of Derek de Lint as "Charles Devereaux:" Both Derek Rayne-ish
and a somewhat less diginified personality. He sports a moustache and
a ponytail. He gets to be ruthless and kills his current paramour right
in front of Donna Mills' character. - Kelly Hall
